Vic's Bakehouse is a small artisan bread bakery located in Christchurch, New Zealand. We are committed to baking high quality bread using traditional bread-making techniques, such as allowing time for the doughs to ferment naturally with minimal yeast and hand shaping all bread. The result is a range of breads that are healthy to eat and have incredible taste.

The bakery is conveniently located on the Sumner to City route, where you can drop in to the Bakehouse Shop in Ferrymead for your bread and also get a C4 coffee to take on the go. Or if you live elsewhere you may visit one of our Vic's bread stockists closer to you.

...our bread disappears quickly. So dropping in to Vic's Bakehouse on your way to work, pick up your bread for the day and grab a takeaway coffee while you're about it.
